Bag or bags?

Hi, suppose that, we, the three of us, are going out, and before we set out, each of us should pack our own bag respectively (one person with one bag).

Should I say “Before we set out, we have to pack our bag first.” or “Before we set out, we have to pack our bags first.”?

Thank you!

Say "pack our bags first". "our bag" is one bag for many people.
