It sounds to me as if she says "Did it hurt? ... No ... (noise) .. backtrack ...", i.e. she wants to correct what she just said.

She's obviously Australian and from the perspective of an English person, those kinds of accents are among the easiest to understand. Many other English speakers from other parts of the world have much more difficult accents to understand.
