Would it make any difference if the relative clause was defining?

Would you rather we sent you some of our ideas that we think are great and then talked about them on Monday?

Sorry for being such a bother btw. : ) I definitely don't want to sound like a broken record. I've been taught that I should avoid mixing tenses, so this is a pretty interesting topic for me.
