Actually, it sounds as if you have done a pretty good job learning and understanding. "Where do you like most," is not used, simply because it is not. I don't know of a grammar rule that dictates this; it is not grammatically incorrect; you just will not hear native speakers asking this question.

kenny1999what should be the original question?I think you're working backwards from the answer to the question. Any given statement may have many different questions for which it is the answer. For example, somebody could ask "Do you like parks and restaurants most?" and the answer could be "(Yes.) I like parks and restaurants most."
