Back on the table...

A girl's father refuses to accept the divorce terms and his wife's attorney says:
If you prefer, we can challenge you in court. But make no mistake, everything will be back
on the table". They'll hit him with everything they've got?

Probably, even the issues which have been settled in favor of the father will be discussed again and thus there is a good chance that he may lose more.

You got the correct definition of "back on the table" in the post before mine, but may have been confused with the "probably" response.

Something that is "on the table" is being discussed. (You can say "That's off the table" to mean "We won't be discussion that.")
So they have apparently decided on some terms.
If they go to court, those decisions are no longer in place -- everythi
