back off vs back up

I would like to tell someone sitting too close to TV to keep some distance from the TV.
Are these expressions OK to use?

Back off from the TV.
Back off of the TV.
Back up from the TV.
Back away from the TV.

Do you have any other expressions in mind?

Thanks in advance.

I'm interested in knowing the answer too. To my non-native ear, back off sounds like the guy was attacking the TV Back away sounds good to me.

Don't sit so close to the TV.
You can say Back away from the TV, but it sounds like you believe the TV is dangerous!
