bacchanalian

Can anyone tell me the meaning of the word 'bacchanalian' as a noun? I'm aware of the meaning of its adjectival form, but it is mentioned in Merriam-Webster's as well as several other dictionaries that the word can be used as a noun.

Can someone tell me the meaning of the word as a noun? I would be grateful if you could illustrate with an example.

"A Bacchanalian" is the title of at least one poem, and a synonym is "drunkard."

He is a bacchanalian.

It's not often used as a noun, and when it is, it would be for effect, for example:

The members of that frat house are bacchanalians (wild, party animals).

Don't join that frat is you want to study. It's a house for bacchanalians.

Don't go out with that guy. He's a pure bacchanalian.
