'Babyface'

How do we use 'babyface' in a sentence?

He is babyfaced?
He has a babyface?
He is so babyface..d?

I wasn't able to google for more examples. All I can find are names of some musicians.

I cannot find the word in Cambridge Dictionary.

Thanks.

In the US, this is typically used only as a mildly derogatory nickname for an adult or teen (that is, a person who should not look like a cute little baby), as in: "Baby Face" Nelson (the 1930's gangster), or "Hey there babyface."

In everyday speech you might sometimes hear:

He's real babyfaced. (The word "real" is required here and adds emphasis.)

He's got a real baby
