Baby take control now

This is lyrics of a song called 'My house' (full lyrics):
Welcome to my house
Baby take control now
We can't even slow down
We don't like to go out

In the second line, 'Baby' refers to a girl, and it seems a vocative. Is it a vocative? Or is it the subject of the imperative sentence?

listenever Is it a vocative? Or is it the subject of the imperative sentence? A comma after "Baby" would help, but in any case, it's both.
