There's nothing wrong with these:

a beautiful baby fairy/fairy baby
a beautiful baby princess/princess baby

Calling a child a "fairy baby" sends an unintended message. The word "fairy" has been corrupted in modern usage.

There is nothing wrong with "a beautiful baby princess," especially if you are a member of a royal family.

Ok thanks but I'm not referring to a baby. My question was to whether to say "baby fair or fairy baby", "fairy princess or princess fairy"

I have some more list of phrase please check it.

The fashion designer friend.
The doctor friend.
The fashion model friend.

A "baby fair" would be a special event devoted to things for babies.
A "baby fairy" would be an infant born to a couple of fairies. (These are mythological creatures.)
A "baby princess" is a princess who is still an infant, or perhaps a term of endearment for a sweet little girl.

All of your examples require a possessive:

The fashion designer's friend.
The doct

My question was how can I say if a person has a friend who is a doctor or fashion designer or a fashion model.

Can I say something like this.

I saw your fashion model friend at a shopping mall yesterday.

You can, but very(!) informally. It usually implies some sort of innuendo.

A more neutral way is this:

I saw your friend, the fashion model, at a shopping mall yesterday.
