Kindly correct the sentence below knowing that we are waiting for a baby next month.
Can I say: (What really makes me feel I'm getting old is that I'm waiting for the 4th member in the family)

That sentence is fine, change "in to "of". If you want to leave out the "I'm you would need to change it to:-
