B ed

I can't help myself wondering how people get this much marks in B.ed degree, whereas they passed from 10th to graduation barely getting passing marks.

Is that para sounds correct or grammatically?

It's not necessary that everyone should have everything.

Is there any other form that I can write to imply the meaning of the above sentence.
