"azu why sugar"??

Hello, I'm trying to understand that word. Very odd, but a woman asked:"what kind of car is the small car?" and he replys: "azu why sugar".Emotion: surprise
It seems a car of the 60's. Does anybody know?

Hi Anon I don't hear the word 'sugar' at all in that brief audio clip, but I do hear the word 'Simca'. org/wiki/Simca As to what the "azu why" part might be, perhaps someone who knows more about Simcas can guess.
