Awareness of the observing viewer (or of being observed is better?)

I dont want to be a burden, but if you may pleasae let me know if i have a gramatical mistake in the paragraph below?

I think it's a female zebra spider (Salticus scenicus), since it has really large eyes in the front in order to spot the prey and uses its jumping ability to capture it. This kind of spider is usually black covered with white stripes. The most interesting thing about the zebra spiders, which amaze me, their awareness of the observing viewer (or of being observed is better?). Thus, if you take a close look of one of them, it will lift its head as a respond and look straight back at you, which is obvious in both pictures you took! Oh and believe it or not I can see your reflection on its eyes! This is amazing!

thanks,
