Avoiding Repetition

Hi,

Is there any way to avoid repeating "TAC level" in the sentence below?

"There was a significant difference in TAC level between the group exposed to 300 lux and the group exposed to 5000 and 8000 lux; while there was no significant difference in TAC level between the group exposed to 5000 and 8000 lux after 14 days of exposure.

Any other correction needed?

Thanks!

Your writing is exceedingly confusing. Define your groups to make it clear. For example:

Group A was exposed to 300 lux for 14 days.
Group B was exposed to 5000 lux for 7 days, then 8000 lux for 7 days.
Group C was exposed to ???

Then you have no repetition:

"There was a significant difference in TAC level between Group A and Group B, but none between Group B a

This part is confusing. It only mentions one group.
