Avoiding reeptition of words in grammar please help

In English we can replace some words to avoid repetition.
Please look at this example:
My head is bigger than your head.
we can replace the second 'head" by '"yours": so the sentence will be like this:
My head is bigger than yours .
My question is how can I replace the word "head" in this complex sentence.
My head is bigger than the head of Bush's mother in law.
thank you so much in advance.
