Avoidance of repetition of verbs

Hi there can I avoid repetition of verbs the following way? Could please tell me among the following which ones are grammatical?

Here is first main sentence its substitute

1- After retirement, each official of the government gets a house as the prime minister gets.

Can I write the following as a substitute of the above?

A- After retirement, each official of the government gets a house as the prime minister does.

Here is the second sentence:

2- After retirement, each official of the government is alloted a house as the prime minister is alloted.

Can I write the above in the following way?

B- After retirement, each official of the government is alloted a house as the prime minister is.

C- After retirement, each official of the government is alloted a house as it is done for the prime minister.

D- After retirement, each official of the government is alloted a house as done for the prime minister.
