I didn't understand the meaning of this subtitle, that thanos said in the movie avengers infinity war.

Please explain the meaning.

Without more context, this would mean (there has to be a comma between the words "lose" and "to," in order for this to make sense): "Thanos: in the future, you'll will discover what it's like to lose (that is, fail), to feel so certain that you are doing things right, and yet still fail."
