Ave I correctly used 'is it because' and 'absolutely wrong and must definitely not be' in the sentences?

Have I correctly used 'is it because' and 'absolutely wrong and must definitely not be' in the sentences? Is there any other way of saying 'is it because' (which sounds strange to me)? Please enlighten me. Thank you.


Why are some teenagers quite bold enough to threaten, harass, or bully other people? Is it because they are proud of being minors protected by law? Whatever the reason, threatening, harassment, or bullying is absolutely wrong and must definitely not be condoned.
