e.g. It is available to meet him.

Uh, it is my mistake to express my thought in that way.
It is far from what I really wanted to say. Maybe I was too hasty in writing an answer without being fully conscious of what I wrote.

The two sentences would generally be considered incorrect. The only time you might use them is in very unusual situations. For example, in a science fiction movie where female robots are available for dating:

"It (a female robot) is available to meet him."

If you have someone named "To meet him" (this is actually not that farfetched, some people have names like this), then you
