It could be dangerous.(suggestion or possibility).

IT might be dangerous(suggestion or possibility)

It would be dangerous.(suggestion or possibility).

Can we use the "would" for possibility?

I think you can, Hanuman, but it better suggests 'probability'-- the speaker's opinion at the time of speaking is that the danger is there (if one went). 'Possibility' is in the mind of the beholder when looking into the future.
