I'm trying to figure out what the verbs written in upper case are; main verbs or auxiliary verbs

Does he TAKE sugar? - main


I HAVE been to the other side. auxiliary


DOES he take sugar? main


I have DONE a lot of work today. main


She WAS working hard all day. auxiliary


I HAD a great time yesterday. main


I DID everything I could to win. main


I AM doing everything I can to win. auxiliary



Am I getting the right idea?
