Auxiliary verb in Pr Perf Cont

Hello, my question is: which is the auxiliary verb in Present Perfect Continuous "to have" or "to be"? HAVE/HAS? or HAVE/HAS BEEN? for example in a sentence like this: I have been studying English for years?

There are two auxiliary verbs here. 'Have' and 'been'.
