Auxiliary verb "do", in questions.

GPY wrote is this thread which was created by me:

When you use the auxiliary verb "do", e.g. in questions, the main verb, in this case "have", does not inflect but remains in its base form:

Do you have ... ?
Does it have ... ?
Did we have ... ?

I want to make very simillar question:

"Does the label inside the jacket say (or says)? that the jacket is size 54?"

Should I use the letter "s" in the word "say" in the middle of sentence On the assumption of the rule of Mr. GPY ?

I am confused a bit. I am sorry ....

Regards
