Autobiographical Essay to enter university.

Hi All Need your help to correct my grammar. i would like to pursue study in Master program but one of their requirement is an autobiographical essay. Attached herewith the essay for you to correct it. Thank you very much for your help.

My name is Hanah, and I was born in 07 June 1984, in Malaysia. I have ten siblings and I am the last in my family. My father is a retiree and mother is a housewife. When I was child my ambition was a fashion designer. My father’s dreams want his children’s to become a teacher. But no one of us becomes a teacher. I still keep my ambition until I enter my primary school. After PMR examination end I applied vocational school and they approved my application. In this school I learned so many things that related to the fashion line for example sketching, cutting and sewing cloth. During that I feel luckily because my dream to become a fashion designer is in line with my education.

After got SPM result I applied ABC Diploma in Art and Design but they offered me Diploma in Business Study major in Insurance. I feel very frustrated as many of my friends continued their study in art line. As supported by all my family members they advice me to accept the offer. I entered the university based on their support and advice. There is no soul during this and my first semester result was very bad. I propose to my mother that I want to leave this course as I am not interested anymore. But then my mother advice me to continue finish my study under the same course as she will give more support even though my result at that time was very bad. My mother said it is fine if the result is bad because I am in the learning process for the new course. With my mother support I continued study under the same course but it was really though as I have to repeat some paper. After had all the painful when I was at semester 4 I getting started to understand what is this course all about but it was too late for me to increase my cgpa. I finished my Diploma course at semester 7 as all of my friend already pursue their study in the Degree level I am still stuck until I finished repeat some papers.

After finish Diploma course I did not pursue a degree level but I work for about 6 months in ZZZ Insurance as a clerk. During working I started to understand what is insurance all about and getting more information and knowledge about insurance. It‘s meaning very wide and insurance is not about agent insurance. As many people in Malaysia if talk about insurance they will avoid or run. But nowadays in this eras 2011 many people are aware about insurance and realize how important of insurance. I did apply to continue study in degree level but the application was successful after 6 months working. I received my degree 2010 and after that one of insurance company accept me as a management trainee.

Almost 1 year working in broker insurance company I tried to apply as many insurance related company but in terms of salary I need to reconsider it. Currently cost of living is very high as I need to pay back education loan during diploma and degree, transportation cost and etc so I have choose to work with company that can give more salary. With recommendation from my best friend I have been accepted working in XXX as a customer service. I feel this job is interesting because it is on shift basis and dealing with many people and can learn their attitude. I has been almost 2 years working in XXX I did not realize that. Even though this work is not related to what am I study before but this can support me to accomplish as my short term goal which is to continue my studies and receive a Master's Degree in Business. My long term goal is to be a specialist in insurance industry and to have several children and raise them in a family oriented environment.

My university experience so far has been filled with stressful moments and peaceful moments, but I look back with no regrets. From this experience, I have learned to regard every life experience as if I have nothing to lose and so much to gain through the experience itself. I have learned to beliefs in myself and learning something new is one of the path for me to accomplish my dreams.
