Authorisation letter for marriage by proxy

I need help writing an authorisation letter for someone to reperesent me in my marriage ceremony, as I'm not able to be present.

I just need it drafted professionally.

They do not seem to have a format for authorisation letters. They just want it written in my own words and my own way.

I have a draft written, just not sure if it's written professionally enough.
