Hello!
I think "audience" has two meanings:
1. a kind of meeting with an important person, or with a judge, at the tribunal: "the audiences are scheduled ...
2. the number of people who watch a given TV show, or listen to a radio programme. In this case I'm not sure there is a plural...

The second also has a plural - audiences - but not to be used for all the people in the audience for one event.

Example,

The application of custard pies to the conductors during the series of orchestral concerts proved very entertaining to the audiences, with cries for 'encore' at every performance.
