if this sentence is to be delivered orally in a speech then only one mistake. plural of audience is audience, not audiences.

if this line is to be printed then...

Ours is a direct marketing firm which enables...target audience.

Can I ask why the change orally versus printed?

Oral is generally informal

But in print, grammar mistake is considered inappropriate.

Print should be accurate.

Oral speeches or addressing in a seminar etc can be neglected once in a while or simply goes unnoticed at times if there aren't many grammatical mistakes.
