Audience Favorite or Audience-Favorite?

Does anyone know if this is typically written as a hyphenate when it modifies another noun? My instinct tells me it should not be hyphenated, but I am unsure.

e.g. Audience favorite Tony Bennett dazzled the crowd at his last performance.

Thank you in advance for your insight.
