• attractive and impressive homepages

Hi!

I read the following question in a TOEIC book;

“103. Our new design guide allows non-specialists to build attractive and ______ homepages quickly.

A. eligible

B. adhesive

C. effective

D. impressive

(Answer: C)

(Reason: If you say “attractive and impressive homepages”, the ‘attractive’ and ‘impressive’ OVERLAP in some meaning. To avoid this overlapping, it is BETTER for you to say “attractive and effective homepages”.)” ((Jim’s TOEIC Part 5&6 Training for Actual Test, p. 368))

What do you think? Do you agree with the above TOEIC book?

(I can’t find anything wrong in the expression “attractive and impressive homepages”.)

Thanks in advance.
