A few points:

1) The material that has been covered uniquely applies to you. I think there are going to be very few people from UAE applying to Canadian universities with aspirations of mechanical engineering. So I think you're pretty safe.

2) All of our "motivation letters" that assist people for university are available on the Net. So we can't spend hours upon hours and then once we're done simply pull them off English Forums. It doesn't seem fair.

3) Even if they were to actually look on the Net, they would not find much. So they find this thread. All they learn is that someone from a foreign country and culture tried to learn a bit more about Canada and its universities. Where I come from, that's called homework.

So in summary, this document will be very unique to you. I don't think you have any plagarism concerns. Besides you can't be plagarizing if you are copying from yourself. And, in all honesty, the university won't be bothered to check you letter against the Internet. That's simply too much work for all applications.

I have moved your thread for the moderators to review. I suspect that it will remain off. We don't like having people uncomfortable. But I also think it is unfair to ask for help and then remove the post. If others want personalized and private assistance, there are fee-for-service providers available.
