The message I get every time I try to register is "An error occured while attempting to create this user." and an asterisk appears beside my alias.
I used to be a member of this learning community and my alias was Spring. However, I did not post any questions for an extended period of time due to my being sick for a while. When I revisited this site, I found out that this web site was reconstructed (I hope this is the right word to use here) and that I was not a member any more.
I hope you can help me solve this problem!

If you're trying to register again as "Spring", it won't work, because "Spring" already exists. That may be why the asterisk appears.
To resume posting as Spring, you only need to go to the log-in page and reenter your password. You don't need to re-register.
