I would say that the sentence is correct. There are some people who would try to convince you that it would be better to express the idea as follows:
This is a quote to which I can attest from the depths of my soul.
That, however, does not sound natural. It is the result of imposing Romance language grammar on the Germanic language, English. It makes no sense to do that.
