Vincent TeoCan I say,

(ii) There will be 400 guests attending the dinner. OKAY

(ii) There will be four hundred in at the dinner.

It's a bit idiomatic to say "there will be four hundred at dinner" rather than 400 guests or 400 people, but it's okay.
