Attached to it at all?

does during the sentence she says "attached to it at all"? I'm not sure

In 6:13 "I asked if you have cosmetic surgery whether they are attached to it"

I wonder if it's "I asked if you have cosmetic surgery whether they touch the turbinates at all". It does sounds as if she says "they are", but this could be just a slip.
