I really appreciate, but one more thing I want to ask assume that I've attached a file with e-mail, at that time we used the sentence "Please see the attached or whatever we use. Perhaps in that case is is suitable to add a word annexed.

Perhaps we should get other opinions. I think "annexed" would be understood with no problem, but "attached" is the term which is commonly used to describe files which are appended to an e-mail.

I'm afraid "annexed" might imply that the files have been added after the e-mail was first sent, eg, when forwarded to a different person.
