Hi Kumenglish Are you sure you really mean "atrocity" here? I say this sometimes we (non-natives) tend to use some words whose meanings are far more powerful than the ones we want to convey. If it is atrocity, I don't think manage is the right word here.

If it is atrocity, I don't think manage is the right word here. You can consider "tolerate"
