Mister MicawberI come by this forum in/during my free time.

Thank you Mister Micawber.

So, I think, the phrases, `at my free times' and `on my free times' are incorrect phrases. And it cannot be used in a sentence of the world.

Am I right?

Please help me.

You may run across them, but they are certainly not the expected. 'On' and 'at' are used with other, similar phrases-- on my day off, at my lunch break, etc. Free time is normally uncountable unless specifically itemized: I have free times for your lesson on Mondays at 6:00 or on Tuesdays at 7:00-- and even here, the uncountable sounds more normal to me.

Well User_gary, first of all the "on" option is out of question and when talking about free / spare time, the noun is considered uncountable because we are talking about an amount of time that is available for you to do something ...so I`d rather say:
-I come by this forum in (my) free time.
