Could you tell me which one is right between 'at' and 'on' in each following sentence? Thank you.

I like to sleep late [ at / on ] weekends.
He goes for a walk every evening [ at / on ] weekdays.

I've never heard of that before! I'd never think of saying "I like to do this at weekends"! Sounds very off to me. But my English is AE, so this could be another AE/BE difference.

I meant to say "sounds odd", as my subsequent post indicated, not "off". It was a typo. Sorry.
