In the US the word used is ATM. I don't know what the term is in the UK - it could be something very different. In the US, 2., 3., and 4. would not be understood to mean ATM.

In the US, another word that would generally be understood to mean ATM is bankmachine.

2,3,1 (As per the spellings Mr M gave you) would be the frequency used in the UK. If talking to friends I am more inclined to to call it 'the hole in the wall.'

In Canada, I commonly hear 'bank machine' and 'ATM'.

In writing it' s usually 'ATM'.

Yes 2 is the most commonly used, then 3 and 1 hardly used.
