I work in a Japanese restaurant. Or

I work at a Japanese restaurant.

Both mean the same thing but which one is more accurate

I think if you are actually doing restaurant work -- cooking, waiting, bussing, hostessing, etc. -- then "in" might be more accurate. This might be a matter of opinion.
