Athlete sponsorship covering letter.

Hi,

Im currently in search of corporate sponsorship. I have a document that outlines my background, achievements, sponsorship requirements and benefits I could offer to a company.

As its not always possible to meet my intended targets on a face to face basis, I plan on attaching this document onto an email. I could use some pointers/help on what to include in the email, firstly to get them to open my sponsorship proposal but also so that I'm not just repeating what is written in the proposal on the email.
