A/the/this

Hello,
can you please tell me which article should be used here? Thank you

I am not a very easily pleased person, especially when it comes to my mouth. I have seen a number of dentists, and they all wanted to crown all my teeth or sell me something I didn't need. Then a friend of mine recommended Dentistry XY and I met a dentist/ the dentist/ this dentist (who was different). He was different. He listened to me, and only recommended what I really needed. And, his work was the best. I am very happy to recommend him

`crown all of my teeth` Don`t start a sentence with , `then` , if you can help it as it`s considered, `poor` English. Try, `Fortunately` ? As I`ve already said, `a dentist` is more appropriate.
