At what

Sir,

At what time does she reach school.

Can I write it as

What time does she reach "to" school.

Actually I have "two" doubts here.

1. When should I use "at what" or just "what".

2.Should I use "reach to school" or only "reach school".

Would you please expalin for me?

Thanks.

Since "reach" school means to reach a goal, "to", meaning, motion towards, doesn't work:

When I reach *to home, . . . .
When I reach *to school, . . . .

Use "at what time" or "what time". Either will do.
