At twenty-five languages and counting

Hi all,

what does "At twenty-five languages and counting" mean in the sentences:"At twenty-five languages and counting, it has even been downloaded, we’re told, onto the International Space Station (where tight quarters can breed conflict)."

Stone, Douglas. "Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most."
Could you transform it/simplify it?
Thank you guys in advance.

I'm guessing that it means that if you count all the native languages of the astronauts who have served on the International Space Station, it will be 25. And more are coming.

It seem to me to mean that it has been translated into 25 languages, and it is expected that it will be translated into more. Not only that, but it is used on the International Space Station, too.

The sentence is poorly constructed. The introductory phrase has no connection with the main clause.
