At to putting a long object after a complement

When we use that verbs like 'make' and 'find' we put a long object after a complement and in the case, the complement is an adjective.

I'd like to ask two questions.
1. Could we put a long object after a noun complement?
2. Could we apply the way like that to the other verbs which take both an object and a noun complement or a adjective complement.

See the below sentence as examples.

1) James is the industrious person, and we decided to elect the chairman that who has enough qualification for we to think.
2) I and my brother called 'hyena' the boy living next door.
3) My aunt made a doctor my cousin who hated to study as a boy.
4) I saw running a man in shabby white jacket.
5) I think possible to travel to the moon or Mars. (not using 'it')
6) I believe drowned the boy who has not come home for several days.
7) I left rotten the apples on the table.
8) He had laughing all of those who attended the meeting.

In general, no. I'm afraid that all eight of your examples are failed attempts to do that.
