At times/sometimes

1-Sometimes when I feel lonely, I think of her.
2-Sometimes, when I feel lonely, I think of her.

3-At times when I feel lonely, I think of her.
4-At times, when I feel lonely, I think of her.

In which case:
a-whenever I feel lonely, I think of her
and in which case
b-on some of the occasions when I feel lonely I think of her. I might think of her if I feel lonely.
