At this time

I missed an opportunity to talk to you earlier, At this time, Can I talk to you?

Can you please suggest the sentence for an email?

It's not clear to me what time "at this time" refers to, or how you propose to talk to them. Are you proposing to telephone them? You don't know when they will read the email, so it doesn't seem to make sense to say "at this time".
