At the time or at that time

Hello everyone,

Could you please tell me if the phrase "at the time" is correctly used in the following sentence?

- The World Wide Web was invented by Tim Berners-Lee, who was working in Geneva at the time.

Or must it be "at that time"?

Regards,

JA
