1. Has he ever driven contrariwise and got pulled over?
2. Does he often talk on his cellphone and drive at the same time?

- Are these sentences grammatical?

Not sure what you mean by "contrariwise." Possibly going anti-clockwise around a traffic circle when he should be going the other way - or vice versa?

The second one is correct, but it would be more natural to say, " - - - talk on his cellphone while driving?"
